环境法律诊所的办案指导教学承载着法学实践性教学、法律援助、环境保护公益活动和环境法律宣传等多重价值,其之于我国法学教育进步具有多方面的开拓意义。环境法律诊所办案指导教学在教学方式、角色定位、教学原则和教学内容方面对于教与学双方均具有一定的挑战性。教师通过对学生在具体环境案件办理过程的多方面指导,培养学生法律职业道德修养、法律运用能力和法律职业综合素质自我提升能力,完成教学任务。学生在教师指导下,通过办理具体案件为污染受害者提供无偿的法律帮助,体验环境法律制度和相关法律在社会中运行的常态,检验自身已有的法律知识和法律技能运用能力,领会法律分析和法律推理的精髓,学习律师办理案件的基本思维、行动逻辑和职业伦理,提升专业修养,实现法律实践学习目标。
