针对传统煤矿风机监控系统的实时性不高、井下布线环境复杂、监控范围有限等问题,提出了一种以嵌入式处理器STM32F103R8T6为核心芯片,Zigbee网络与以太网2层网络互相连通构建的嵌入式煤矿风机监控系统。基于Z-stack协议栈组建的Zigbee网络,采集风机运行的状态信息以及井下巷道内的通风环境信息,协调器通过串口与监控节点通信,嵌入式处理器整合μIP协议栈,实现以太网通信功能。
In order to solve the problems of low real-time performance, complicated underground environment and limited monitoring range of the traditional coal mine fan monitoring system, this paper proposes an embedding method based on embedded processor STM32F103R8T6 as the core chip and Zigbee network and Ethernet 2-layer network interconnected Coal mine fan monitoring system. The Zigbee network based on the Z-stack protocol stack collects the status information of the fan operation and the ventilation environment information in the underground tunnel. The coordinator communicates with the monitoring node through the serial port. The embedded processor integrates the μIP protocol stack to realize the Ethernet communication function.
