在近期的英语教学和其他同事的谈话中,笔者了解到:本校学生普遍对上课没有兴趣,只是无精打采地应付上课,因而造成满教室哈欠连一片,老师问题到问题,学生没有反应,老师境遇非常尴尬.当然这种局面是由多方面因素造成的,如教师的人格力量,教学艺术,教学能力,学生学习的主动性,学习环境等等.依己之见,成功的教学,教师起着至关重要的作用.但是英语的工具学科性质,决定了英语对教学二主体的注重,因而英语教学的成效,不仅在于教师的教,同时还在于学生的学.
