介绍基于GIS的暴雨灾害损失评估业务系统，该系统利用GIS软件ARC／INFO的空间数据管理、运算等功能使分布式暴雨积水模型的建立成为可能。系统经上海市1997年7月10～11日暴雨的实际验证，评估结果与实况相吻合，实现了暴雨后能够快速、客观、直观地提供上海菜区淹水分布与叶菜损失等灾情信息。
This paper introduces the GIS - based business system of rainstorm disaster damage assessment. This system makes use of the spatial data management and operation of GIS software ARC / INFO to make the establishment of distributed stormwater waterlogging model possible. The system was validated by rainstorm in Shanghai City from July 10 to July 1997, and the assessment results were in good agreement with the actual situation. The system can provide disaster information such as flooding distribution and loss of leafy vegetables in Shanghai area quickly, objectively and intuitively after heavy rains.
