加工非球面聚光镜样板和细磨模,过去一般用放大图在投影仪上检查,由钳工制作的办法。上述办法需要投影仪和较熟练的钳工,还要绘制精确的放大图,制作时需多次修改,比较麻烦。当然上述零件也可用坐标铣床加工。但我厂没有坐标铣床。所以我们采用了程序线切割的方法,这个方法虽增加了计算的工作量,但减少了加工的工作量。下面谈谈我们的计算过程。
