试管苗成本高是限制组培研究成果进入规模化生产的重要因素之一。继我们课题组梨枣、鸣山大枣组培快繁成功之后,笔者围绕降低成本问题做了一些尝试。试验结果:梨枣、鸣山大枣的培养基中可以用食用白糖取代试剂蔗糖,自来水取代蒸馏水。用罐头瓶取代三角瓶作培养容器,用高锰酸钾液等消毒剂浸泡代替酒精棉球擦试消毒,以及合理计划留种苗和缩短生根苗在培养室内的时间等都可明显降低其成本。
The high cost of test tube seedlings is one of the most important factors to limit the results of tissue culture research into large-scale production. Following the success of our research group, “Li jujube” and “Mingshan jujube” tissue culture, the author made some attempts to reduce the cost. Test results: pear jujube, jujube mountain jujube medium can replace the use of food sugar sucrose, tap water to replace distilled water. Canned bottles instead of triangular flask for culture containers, disinfectants such as potassium permanganate solution soaked instead of alcohol cotton ball wipe disinfected, as well as a reasonable plan to stay seedlings and shorten the time of rooting in the training room can significantly reduce the cost .
