1983年,我厂在汽车轮胎螺丝套螺母盲孔攻丝时出现严重问题,螺纹乱扣严重,表面粗糙度高,丝锥折断率高,形成停产局面。对攻丝情况进行分析: 1.粘刀:刀瘤密集,呈层状熔化态,紧紧粘在前刀面及刃背处,刃背处居多,且多散布在丝锥校正部分4~5扣处。切削锥面可见摩擦熔痕。刀瘤与丝锥粘结紧密,极难去除。 2.掉扣:有时攻进几扣即产生掉扣。即使勉强攻完,表面粗糙度也不符合要求。
