The Necessity of Legislation The Armed Forces Group and military personnel are members of this special group. Their basic functions are to safeguard national security, territorial integrity and social stability. They usually assume training in readiness for combat readjustment, stationing on duty, handling emergencies and providing relief to disaster and other tasks in atrocious and dangerous situations. The important mission of the State for defenders of our country is to face the severe test of hardship and life and death and to play an irreplaceable and special role. So yes
