在对新疆少数民族外语教育概况进行调查的基础上,从文化生态视角考察少数民族外语教育中的文化因素。研究发现,新疆少数民族外语教育处在独特的语言文化生态环境中并对其产生了一定的影响。目前存在的主要问题是语言文化生态失衡,外语语种单一化、民族文化缺位、文化表达的单向性、跨文化能力培养的忽视。因此要通过调整学习外语教学目标和内容,开发适合新疆少数民族学生的教材,培养民族学生的跨文化交际能力等来整合外语教育中的文化因素,从而构建和谐的语言文化生态环境。
Based on the survey of the foreign language education of ethnic minorities in Xinjiang, this paper examines the cultural factors in the foreign language education of ethnic minorities from the perspective of cultural ecology. The study finds that the minority foreign language education in Xinjiang is in a unique linguistic and cultural environment and has a certain impact on it. The main problems currently existing are the imbalance of language and culture, the simplification of foreign languages, the absence of national culture, the one-way cultural expression and the neglect of intercultural competence. Therefore, it is necessary to integrate the cultural factors in foreign language education by adjusting the goals and contents of learning foreign language teaching, developing teaching materials suitable for ethnic minorities in Xinjiang, and cultivating the intercultural communication skills of ethnic students so as to construct a harmonious language and cultural environment.
