采用高级通用机械有限元分析软件ANSYS/Mechanical11.0的结构力学分析功能,对6L280型柴油机曲轴进行了一个工作循环内多个工况的强度计算,并采用高级疲劳分析软件fe-safe的疲劳分析功能,对曲轴进行了疲劳安全系数、疲劳寿命计算。计算结果表明,该曲轴的静强度、疲劳强度、疲劳寿命均满足设计要求。
