目的:探讨全程完全管理模式干预对耐多药肺结核患者用药依从性、肺功能及症状改善的影响。方法:选取2016年12月至2018年12月广东省中山市第二人民医院接收的耐多药肺结核患者98例为研究对象,将其随机等分为参照组和观察组各49例。参照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在参照组的基础上采用全程完全管理模式进行干预。调查并比较两组患者护理干预后的用药依从性、肺功能及症状改善情况。结果:实施全程完全管理模式干预后,观察组患者的用药依从性显著高于参照组;观察组患者的每分钟最大通气量(MVV)、最大吸气后1 s最大呼出的气量容积(FEVn 1)、第一秒用力呼气量占所有呼气量的比例(FEVn 1/FVC)均显著高于参照组;观察组患者的空洞闭合率、病灶吸收率及痰菌转阴率均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均n P<0.05)。n 结论:采用全程完全管理模式对耐多药肺结核患者进行护理干预,能有效提升患者的用药依从性,促进其肺功能恢复和临床症状的改善,提升综合治疗效果。“,”Objective:To explore the effects of whole-course and complete management mode intervention on medication compliance, lung function and symptom improvement of patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis.Methods:A total of 98 patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province from December 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the research subjects, and they were randomly divided into the reference group and the observation group, with 49 patients in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional nursing intervention, while the observation group was treated with whole-course and complete management mode on the basis of the reference group.The medication compliance, lung function and symptom improvement were investigated and compared between the two groups after nursing intervention.Results:The medication compliance of observation group was significantly higher than that of reference group after the implementation of whole-process complete management mode intervention.The maximum volume per minute (MVV), the maximum exhaled volume 1 second after maximum inspiration(FEVn 1) and the rate of 1 second (FEVn 1/FVC) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The cavity closure rate, focus absorption rate and sputum negative rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(n P<0.05).n Conclusions:The nursing intervention of patients with MDR-TB using the whole process and complete management mode can effectively improve patients' medication compliance, promote the recovery of their lung function and the improvement of clinical symptoms, and enhance the comprehensive treatment effect.
