集体备课是学校教学工作常见的研讨形式,其最突出的功能是萃聚集体智慧,优化教学方案,提高教学质量。作为教师合作研讨的一种有效形式,集体备课可以避免教师个体研究势单力薄的情况,避免单打独斗孤军奋战的局面,发挥集体智慧的作用,最大限度地减少教学中的不足和失误,对发挥教师团队合作精神,集思广益,取长补短,具有不可或缺的作用。然而,一些音乐教师对集体备课还缺乏足够的重视和理解,使集体备课的质量常常不尽如人意。
Collective lesson planning is a common form of discussion in school teaching. Its most prominent function is to gather collective wisdom, optimize teaching plans and improve teaching quality.
