目前,电能质量是用来总体性描述如下各方所有复杂相互作用的一个术语,包括发电方、供电方、环境、用电设备与系统,以及这些用电设备与系统的使用者。一般地,电能质量涉及所传递电能的可维护性,与每个设备的设计、选择和安装有关,不管是电力系统中的硬件还是软件。电能质量包含了供电链上从发电厂到终端用户的所有领域,并且是对元件如何影响整个系统的一种度量。
Currently, power quality is a term used to collectively describe all the complex interactions between power generating parties, power suppliers, the environment, consumers and systems, and consumers of these devices and systems. In general, power quality relates to the maintainability of the delivered power, related to the design, choice, and installation of each device, whether it is hardware or software in the power system. Power quality encompasses all areas of the supply chain, from power plants to end users, and is a measure of how components affect the entire system.
