矿山充填工程中,为解决充填料浆的长距离管道输送难题,达到自流输送的目的,采用充填管道优选及料浆输送浓度优化的方法,经材质对比分析后选用轻质低阻管道,在适当降低浓度的条件下实现了料浆长距离管道自流输送。结果表明,与正常浓度相比,适当将料浆浓度降低1~2个百分点后在低阻管道中达到了大倍线(η>9)自流输送的理想效果,充入空区后形成的充填体流平性好,未曾出现明显的离析现象,且强度可满足开采技术所需。
