目的:探讨行为导向教学法在提高实习护患沟通能力教学中的应用。方法:选取2010年6月至2011年6月期间,在我院实习的58名护生作为研究对象,将其按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。观察组护生采用行为导向教学法干预指导进行临时实习,对照组护生采用传统常规带教模式进行实习;将两组护生实习期满后的综合考核成绩、满意度(含护患沟通能力)进行比较。结果:观察组护生的综合考核成绩明显优于对照组护生,差异均有显著性(P<0.05);观察组护生满意度(含护患沟通能力)明显高于对照组护生(P值均<0.05)。结论:行为导向教学法充分考虑护患双方的立场,极大地提高了护生的护患沟通能力,构建护生自己的理论,充分调动了护生的主观能动性,有效提高护理效果,是值得临床借鉴的一种教学方法。
Objective: To explore the application of behavior-oriented pedagogy to improve the teaching of nurse-patient communication in practice. Methods: From June 2010 to June 2011, 58 nursing students internship in our hospital were selected as the research object, which were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table. The nursing students in the observation group adopted behavior-oriented teaching method to intervene and guide the internship, while the control students in the control group used the traditional routine teaching mode to practice. After the expiration of the two groups, the comprehensive examination results, satisfaction (including nurse-patient communication ability )Compare. Results: The results of comprehensive assessment of nursing students in observation group were significantly better than those of nursing students in control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction degree of nursing students (including the ability of nurse-patient communication) in observation group was significantly higher than that of nursing students in control group P <0.05). Conclusion: Behavior-based pedagogy fully considers the position of nurses and patients, greatly improves nurse-patient communication skills, constructs nurse-patient theory, fully mobilizes nursing students’ subjective initiative and effectively improves nursing effect, which is worthy of clinical Learn from a teaching method.
