考察君山银针茶叶的降血脂及护肝作用。用高脂饲料饲喂小鼠建立高脂血症动物模型,以不同剂量(225 mg/kg,450 mg/kg,900 mg/kg)君山银针茶叶水提物给小鼠每天灌胃,连续4周后检测血清内下列指标的水平:高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)及总胆固醇(TC)。同时观察其对肝组织谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、体重、肝体比及肝组织病理变化的影响。实验结果显示,与模型组相比,君山银针茶叶可呈剂量依赖性地降低血清中TC、TG、LDL-C的水平,提高HDL-C的含量。君山银针茶叶还可以显著降低小鼠体重、肝体比及肝组织中MDA含量,极显著提高肝组织中GSH-Px和SOD活性,并减轻了肝脏的脂肪变性程度。HE染色显示肝细胞脂肪颗粒被君山银针茶显著降低,证明了君山银针茶叶有较明显的降血脂和改善肝组织脂肪性损伤的作用。
Junshan silver needle tea hypolipidemic and liver protection role. The mice were fed with high-fat diet to establish hyperlipemia animal model. The mice were fed with aqueous extract of Junshan Yinzhen tea at different dosages (225 mg / kg, 450 mg / kg, 900 mg / kg) Serum levels of HDL-C, LDL-C, triglyceride (TG) and total cholesterol (TC) were measured after 4 weeks. At the same time observe the effects of GSH-Px, SOD, MDA, body weight, liver-to-body ratio and liver histopathological changes. The experimental results showed that compared with the model group, Junshan Yin-pin tea can significantly reduce the levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in serum and increase the content of HDL-C in a dose-dependent manner. Junshan Yinzhen tea can also significantly reduce the mouse body weight, liver and liver tissue MDA content, significantly increased hepatic GSH-Px and SOD activity, and reduce the degree of liver steatosis. Hematoxylin and eosin staining showed that the fat particles of hepatocytes were significantly decreased by Junshan Yin acupuncture tea, which proves that Junshan Yinzhen tea has more obvious effects of lowering blood fat and improving the fatty injury of liver tissue.
