目的:探讨太子健冲剂对气虚小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:按照中医“饥则损气”理论,通过控制动物饲料量造成“气虚证”模型。将小鼠随机分为对照组、气虚组、左旋咪唑组、玉屏风组和太子健冲剂高、低剂量组(30、20g生药.kg-1.d-1)6组,分别灌服生理盐水、左旋咪唑、玉屏风和太子健冲剂高低剂量,连续7d。结果:气虚组小鼠NKC活性、IL-2活性、IFN-γ均明显低于对照组小鼠(P<0.001)。太子健冲剂高剂量组可明显提高气虚小鼠NKC活性(P<0.05),并可使之恢复至接近正常水平;太子健冲剂高剂量组对ConA诱导气虚小鼠产生IFN-γ有明显促进作用(P<0.05);玉屏风组具有协同ConA促进气虚小鼠产生IL-2的效应(P<0.01)。结论:太子健冲剂高剂量能明显提高气虚小鼠NKC--IFN-γ活性。调节机体免疫功能,使其免疫功能失衡状态得到恢复是太子健冲剂的重要作用机制之一。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Taizi Jian granules on immune function in Qi deficiency mice. Methods: According to the TCM theory of “hunger and damaging qi”, the model of “qi deficiency syndrome” was established by controlling the amount of animal feed. The mice were randomly divided into 6 groups: control group, Qi deficiency group, Levamisole group, Yupingfeng group and Taizi Jian granules in high and low dose groups (30, 20g crude drug.kg-1.d-1) , Levamisole, Yupingfeng and Prince Edward granules dose, continuous 7d. Results: NKC activity, IL-2 activity and IFN-γ in Qi deficiency group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.001). Taizi Jian granules high dose group can significantly improve the activity of NKC in Qi deficiency mice (P <0.05), and can restore it to near normal level; Taizi Jian granules high dose group can significantly promote IFN-γ production of ConA-induced Qi deficiency mice (P <0.05). Yupingfeng group had synergistic effects of ConA in promoting IL-2 production in Qi deficiency mice (P <0.01). Conclusion: Taizi Jian granules at high dose can significantly increase NKC - IFN - γ activity in Qi Deficiency mice. Regulating the body’s immune function, so that immune function imbalance is restored Prince Edward Chong granules one of the important mechanisms.
