网络团购正在伴随着网络的发展而快速地增加，成为很多网民在一些生活领域消费中的首选方式，并且带动了需求的提高，为商家和厂家所欢迎。但是，由于网络团购出现的时间短，目前还缺乏相关法律法规的有效监督和约束，仍然存在一些亟待解决的问题，尚不可能成为居民消费的主流方式。
