采用共沉淀法合成镁铁类水滑石 ,以其为前体 ,制备了镁铁混合氧化物 ,并对样品进行 X射线衍射分析、差热分析及比表面积测定 ,研究其对逆水煤气变换反应的催化性能 .结果表明 :催化剂前体具有类水滑石的层状结构 ,衍生得到的 Mg/Fe( mol/mol)为 1的混合氧化物在温度为 650℃ ,CO2 /H2 ( m ol/mol)为 4 /1 ,H2 空速为 2 850 h-1时催化性能最好 ,H2 的转化率为 71 .5% ,CO的选择性近乎 1 0 0 %
The coprecipitation method was used to synthesize ferromanganese-type hydrotalcite. Using this as precursor, a mixed ferromanganese oxide was prepared. The samples were analyzed by X-ray diffraction, differential thermal analysis and specific surface area. The results show that the catalyst precursors have the layered structure of hydrotalcite, and the derived mixed oxides of Mg / Fe (mol / mol) 1 at temperature 650 ℃ and CO2 / H2 (mol / mol) Is 4/1, the H2 airspeed is 2 850 h-1, the catalytic performance is the best, the conversion rate of H2 is 71.5%, the selectivity of CO is almost 100%
