营销策略:项目销售获得好成绩,除了价格因素以外,销售前期和后期的一些准备也是一项原因,如客户积累,与客户沟通等。项目主要通过客户积累,和客户积极沟通,了解客户的需求,如对哪些户型哪幢楼需求较大,来决定推出哪些房源和房源数量,一般推出楼盘数量会略少于客户需求。而开盘时间也会根据市场形势来决定。客户主要通过房交会期间积累,还有项目会派发一些资料给一些目标客户群。
