《语文课程标准》中明确指出:“要充分激发学生的主动意识和进取精神,倡导自主合作探究的学习方式。”在新课程理念的指引下,随处可以看到学生三个一群、五个一伙地坐在一起合作学习,然而仔细观察,就会发现,这些所谓的合作学习有一些不尽如人意的地方。有些合作学习表面上热热闹闹,可并未见学生有真正收获;有的合作学习看上去议论纷纷,可并未见学生有思维的碰撞,更别提擦出智慧的火花了。究其原因,就是因为小组合作学习流于形式,走了过场。那么,怎样才能使语文课堂中的小组合作学习更加有效呢?一、合理安排小组成员
