电脱水器设计使用寿命一般为10～15年左右。在长时间内,进入电脱水器的原油乳化液物性会有不同的变化。电脱水器的设计参数是依据使用初期的乳化液物性,以及设计人员根据乳化液物性的变化确定的。为了达到电脱水器各项指标设计要求,除设计合理外,原油电脱水器生产运行中的动态管理起着决定性的作用。只有在操作压力、操作温度、电场强度、工艺流程与乳化液物性相匹配,电器设备技术性能稳定,设备内部无堵塞的工况下,才能保证原油电脱水器连续、平稳、安全可靠地运行。对此,从五个方面阐述了动态管理原油电脱水器的重要性。
