This paper studies the acceleration sensitivity and heating characteristics of a four-point mounted SC-cut and AT-cut resonator. The sensitivity of acceleration is determined by the sideband caused by vibration. The measurement of each resonator is a function of vibration direction and vibration frequency. The parameters of the resonator under study include the chamfer (AT and SC), fixed orientation, overtones, the geometry of the wafer (flat, plano-convex, biconvex), the stiffness of the mounting bracket and the material of the wafer (natural quartz , Artificial quartz and swept artificial quartz). The preheat characteristics were measured by immersing the resonator in ice water and then rapidly immersing it in boiling water. It can be seen that the four-point mounted ceramic flat package SC-cut resonator can preheat from 0 ° C to 100 ° C in 20 seconds with a frequency of within 2 x 10 ~ (-7).
