将对羟乙氧基苯甲酸分别与己二酰氯、癸二酰氯和对苯二甲酰氯反应,制备了含酯键的二羧酸.经熔融缩聚,合成了主链含酯键的新型聚酯酸酐.通过1HNMR、IR及元素分析对单体及聚酯酸酐的结构进行了表征.研究了聚酯酸酐的体外降解和药物释放性能,其降解速率和释药速率次序为:聚4,4′-(己二酰氧二乙氧基)双对苯二甲酸>聚4,4′-(癸二酰氧二乙氧基)双对苯二甲酸>聚4,4′-(对苯二甲酰氧二乙氧基)双对苯二甲酸.
Hydroxyethoxybenzoic acid was reacted with adipoyl chloride, sebacoyl chloride and terephthaloyl chloride respectively to prepare ester-containing dicarboxylic acids. After melt polycondensation, a new type of polyester anhydride with ester bond in the main chain was synthesized. The structures of monomers and polyester anhydrides were characterized by 1HNMR, IR and elemental analysis. The in vitro degradation and drug release properties of poly (ester anhydride) were studied. The degradation rate and release rate of poly (anhydrides) were as follows: poly 4,4 ’- (adipoyloxy diethoxy) bis terephthalate> - (sebaclyloxy diethoxy) terephthalate> poly 4,4 ’- (terephthaloyloxy diethoxy) bis terephthalic acid.
