目的:研究四角蛤蜊粗多糖对免疫功能的调节作用。方法:采用水提醇沉工艺制备四角蛤蜊粗多糖提取物,对其进行红外表征,并测定了总糖和总蛋白的含量;进一步通过碳粒廓清实验、血清溶血素水平测定实验,以及迟发型变态反应实验研究四角蛤蜊粗多糖对免疫功能的影响。结果:四角蛤蜊粗多糖提取物中总糖平均含量为72.79%,总蛋白平均含量为22.03%。四角蛤蜊粗多糖能够显著升高正常小鼠的单核巨噬细胞吞噬指数和免疫力低下小鼠血清溶血素水平以及免疫力低下小鼠的耳肿胀率。结论:四角蛤蜊粗多糖能够较好地提高小鼠的免疫活性。
Objective: To study the regulatory effect of crude polysaccharides from four-clam clam on immune function. Methods: Crude polysaccharides extract of Clam-shellfish was prepared by water-extraction and alcohol precipitation, and characterized by IR. The content of total sugar and total protein were determined. Through carbon clearance test, serum hemolysin level test and delayed type Effect of Alkaloid Clam Polysaccharide on Immune Function in Allergic Reaction. Results: The average content of total polysaccharide in the four-clam crude polysaccharides was 72.79% and the average content of total protein was 22.03%. The crude polysaccharides from four-clam clam could significantly increase the monocyte-macrophage phagocytic index and the level of serum hemolysin in immunocompromised mice and the rate of ear swelling in immunocompromised mice. Conclusion: The polysaccharide from four-clam clam can improve the immunological activity of mice.
