采用快速生长法在不同转速下生长了KDP晶体,对晶体生长过程中的现象进行了研究;运用fluent软件,采用多重参考模型和标准k-ε湍流模型对籽晶架和晶体在溶液中旋转产生的速度场进行了数值模拟,分析了不同转速对速度场和晶体长大对溶液稳定性的影响;结合实验现象与模拟结果分析可知,初始阶段适于KDP晶体快速生长的最优转速是100 r/min,随着晶体的长大,转速应适当降低。
KDP crystals were grown at different rotation speeds by rapid growth method, and the phenomenon of crystal growth was studied. Using fluent software, the multi-reference model and standard k-ε turbulence model were used to produce the rotation of the seed crystal and crystal in solution The velocity field of a KDP crystal was numerically simulated and the effect of different rotational speeds on the stability of the solution was analyzed. Based on the experimental phenomena and simulation results, it was found that the optimum rotational speed for the rapid growth of KDP crystals in the initial stage was 100 r / min, with the growth of the crystal, the speed should be properly reduced.
