在世界经济一体化的国际环境下,我国钢铁企业一直保持着较高的发展增速,同时钢铁企业的区域联合重组也获得了新进展(如上海宝钢和山东钢铁集团重组了很多小型或濒临破产的钢铁企业)。但随着我国钢铁市场由原来的卖方市场转变为现在的买方市场,加上国外优秀大型钢铁企业的竞争,我国钢铁企业表现出的一系列问题都反映出其财务管理水平有待提高(如财务管理机制不畅、理财观念落后),为此本文将对新经济形势下如何优化钢铁企业的财务管理展开探讨。
