The virus through its own protein and host protein interaction between, to create a suitable for its transformation, proliferation of the in vivo environment, which led to a series of disease processes. Human papillomavirus (HPV) is closely related to the pathogenesis of some tumors. Molecular mechanisms indicate that the early protein E6 expressed by HPV is the major protein involved in the malignant transformation of HPV. Proteins that contain the PDZ domain are a type of protein that is widespread in cells. This review summarizes the interaction between the human papillomavirus E6 protein and the host cell PDZ protein and discusses the intracellular biochemical changes triggered by this effect and its application prospects.
