近几年,全国开展了干部人事档案的专项审核工作,事业单位人事档案管理工作也经历了一场正式洗礼,交上了一份答卷。这份答卷有值得肯定的地方,也有不尽如人意、亟需改革的地方。总的来说,现行人事档案管理制度已凸显其不适应性,不能满足时代发展的需求,亟需进一步完善。本文就从事业单位人事档案管理现状及其存在的问题入手,就如何优化人事档案管理制度进行对策研究,以使其更好地服务于事业单位人事工作。
In recent years, the country has conducted a special audit of the cadre personnel files, and personnel archives management in public institutions have also undergone an official baptism and handed in an answer sheet. There are some places to be affirmed in this questionnaire. There are also places where the reform is badly desired and unsatisfactory. In general, the current personnel file management system has highlighted its incommensurability, can not meet the needs of the development of the times, and needs further improvement. This article starts from the status quo and existing problems of personnel file management in the institutions, and studies how to optimize the personnel file management system so that it can better serve the personnel work in public institutions.
