霜冻发生时从茶树上分离到1株冰核活性细菌,该菌株在﹣5℃下在2 min内冻滴率达到85%,一个冰核产生需要的细胞数约为5.4×103个,该菌株具有明显冰核活性。对该菌株进行16S rDNA序列对比分析,判断该菌株为萎蔫短小杆菌(Curtobacterium flaccumfaciens)。在-5℃条件下,药剂防治效率顺序为:次氯酸钙>Tween80>藏红>亚甲蓝。在同一生态条件下的土壤中分离出1株拮抗菌,经鉴定该菌株为黄孢原毛平革菌(Phanerochaete chrysosporium)。
