结合社会网络的结构特征和知识转移主体的内驱力建立隐性知识转移的概念模型,以IT行业为实证对象,利用结构方程模型(SEM)分析知识转移动机和组织文化环境对网络密度、网络中心性、结构洞和网络规模在隐性知识转移中的调节机制以及知识转移主体吸收能力的中介作用,总结主要研究结论并为企业知识管理实践提出改进建议。
This paper constructs a conceptual model of tacit knowledge transfer based on the structural characteristics of social networks and the internal drive of knowledge transfer. Using the IT industry as an empirical object, this paper analyzes the impact of knowledge transfer motivation and organizational culture on network density, network Centrality, structural holes and network size in tacit knowledge transfer mechanism and the transfer of knowledge transfer intermediary intermediary role, summarize the main findings and recommendations for the improvement of enterprise knowledge management practices.
