据中国电子信息产业发展研究院(赛迪)最新发布的《2003中国信息化状况调查报告》显示:2003年的中国信息化状况无疑是发展势头良好的一年,无论是在行业、领域中,信息化都获得了长足的进步。有30％的受调查单位开始进行信息化的长期规划,近三分之一的企业进行了不同程度的电子商务尝试。调查还发现,2003年,政府是信息化应用普及的主力军,被调查的政府机构中97.6％开展了电子政务应用。然而,同时也看到中国信息化建设中还存在的种种问题,它们中有历史遗留的,也有新近产生的,还在或多或少的制约着中国信息化发展的步伐。
According to the latest survey on the status of informatization in China in 2003 released by China Electronics and Information Industry Development Research Institute (CCID), the status of informatization in China in 2003 was undoubtedly a good year for development. Whether in the industry or in fields, Information has made great strides. 30% of the surveyed units started long-term planning of informationization, and nearly one-third of enterprises conducted different levels of e-commerce attempts. The survey also found that in 2003, the government was the main force for the popularization of information application. 97.6% of the government agencies surveyed carried out e-government applications. However, at the same time, we also see the various problems still existing in China’s informatization construction. Some of them left over from history and newly emerged are still more or less restricting the pace of informatization development in China.
