1978年南方六省佝偻病防治片会议在昆明召开,资料指出:城市活动期佝偻病发病率均以2岁以內为高,其中多数又分布在1岁以内婴儿。昆明29.72％、城都48.0％、柳州23.98％、北京48.81％。这些均为1岁以內的发病率。本文就婴幼儿缺D佝偻病的简易诊断及免疫力能作一彻步探索,供临床参考。
In 1978, the meeting on prevention and treatment of rickets in the six southern provinces held in Kunming indicated that the prevalence rates of rickets in urban areas were all within 2 years of age, and most of them were distributed among babies under 1 year old. 29.72% in Kunming, 48.0% in Chengdu, 23.98% in Liuzhou and 48.81% in Beijing. These are the incidence of less than 1 year old. In this paper, a simple diagnosis and immunity of infantile lack of rickets can be explored for clinical reference.
