纳米银因具有良好的光学、导电和抗菌等性能被广泛应用于生物、医学相关的许多领域.利用纳米银所产生的细胞毒性有望改善某些疾病的治疗,但银纳米材料的广泛使用也引发了人们对其生物安全性的高度关注.如何更有效、更低毒地使用银纳米材料,需要对其细胞毒性进行更全面的检测.近年来已有大量文献对如何进行纳米银细胞毒性的体外检测进行了研究,本文综述了该领域内的重要进展,有望为进一步开展银纳米材料的体内实验乃至临床实验提供重要参考.
