城市台的改革与发展一直是个现实而又迫切的问题。位于改革开放前沿的温州广电传媒集团,独辟蹊径,摸索出了一种富有特色而卓有成效的模式:在媒体公益方面,他们创办公益栏目,开展公益活动,着眼公益工程建设,践行媒体的责任和使命;在产业发展方面,他们实施集团化改革,建设文化创意园,拓展广电衍生业,发展有线广电网,推行频道制改革,在管理和运行机制上寻求突破;在新闻立台方面,形成了六个“1+X”的主题宣传报道工作模式,提升了广电媒体的形象和地位;在对外传播方面,借力影像作品、国际论坛、联合报道,宣传温州,还与国家级媒体、省级台、互联网、华侨媒体积极联动,拓宽外宣渠道,实践了城市台参与对外传播的可能。温州广电传媒集团所做的努力和实践对于探索城市台改革发展,具有一定的启示和借鉴意义,值得一读。
