本文报道首次合成的新型液相导向剂,并用以合成NaY型沸石.它比原凝胶相导向剂活性高、稳定性佳、流动性好.应用高真空重量法、X射线衍射法、电子衍射法、纸上层析法以及化学分析研究了该导向剂.结果表明,其导向活性组分是由SiO_4~(4-)(或Si_2O_7~(6-)),Si_4O_(12)~(8-),Si_6O_(18)~(12-)以及某些更高聚态的硅酸根离子所组成的低硅八面沸石型的结构单元.还发现,用该导向剂合成NaY型沸石时,在成核过程中主要消耗SiO_4~(4-)(或Si_2O_7~(6-)),Si_4O_(12)~(8-),Si_6O_(18)~(12-)及某些更高聚态的硅酸根离子,而在晶体成长过程中主要消耗SiO_4~(4-)(或Si_2O_7~(6-));并进一步证明了沸石形成过程遵循液相晶化机理。
In this paper, a novel liquid phase directing agent synthesized for the first time was synthesized and used to synthesize NaY zeolite, which has higher activity, better stability and better fluidity than the original gel phase directing agent.Using high vacuum gravimetry, X-ray diffraction, The results show that the directing component is composed of SiO_4 ~ (4 -) (or Si_2O_7 ~ (6 -)), Si_4O_ (12) ~ (8- ), Si_6O_ (18) ~ (12-), and some higher silicate silicates.It has also been found that when NaY zeolite is synthesized with this directing agent, In the process of nucleation, SiO 4 4- (or Si 2 O 7 ~ (6 -)), Si 4O 12 (8 -), Si 6O 18- (12-) and some higher- Ions, and mainly consume SiO 4 ~ (4 -) (or Si 2 O 7 ~ (6 -)) during the growth of the crystal; and further prove that the formation of zeolite follows the mechanism of liquid phase crystallization.
