在国家电网公司建设坚强智能电网、强化特高压主网架建设的战略下,送变电企业迎来了重要的转型和战略机遇,亟需建设一支高素质的人才队伍与大规模电网建设形势相适应。本文以福建省送变电工程有限公司为例,重点分析当前电网施工企业人才队伍建设存在的问题,提出人才队伍建设必须注重的“四个结合”。
