飞行训练模拟器座舱集成众多电气设备,在电气设备发生故障时,需快速而准确地将其定位,因此,需要逐步对座舱所有电气设备进行测试。但此过程涉及设备众多,故障定位工作量大且缓慢。本文提出一种基于冗余设计思想的故障定位方法,以此思想构建的模拟器座舱测试系统能够精准迅速定位电气设备故障,从而大大节省故障排查时间,提高故障定位的效率。
The flight training simulator cockpit integrates numerous electrical devices that need to be quickly and accurately located in the event of electrical equipment failure, so all of the cockpit electrical equipment needs to be tested step-by-step. But this process involves a large number of equipment, fault location workload and slow. In this paper, a fault location method based on redundant design idea is proposed. The simulator cockpit test system based on this idea can quickly and accurately locate electrical equipment faults, saving time and improving the efficiency of fault location.
