永州市通过强化学习培训、学历培训、加强实践锻炼、加大使用力度等方式培养了大批少数民族干部。但是,与党和国家的要求、少数民族地区发展的实际需要相比,仍然存在较大差距。为此,须从以下角度改进:一是积极构建平台,拓宽少数民族干部培养渠道;二是加强组织引导,平衡少数民族干部岗位结构;三是注重跟踪服务,建立培养长效机制。
Yongzhou City has trained a large number of ethnic minority cadres by strengthening learning and training, education and training, strengthening practical exercises, and increasing efforts in using them. However, there is still a long way to go when compared with the requirements of the party and state and the actual needs of ethnic minority areas.
