连铸生产过程中,结晶器按给定的振幅、频率和波形偏斜特性进行运动,合理的振动参数在提高拉速的同时保证良好的铸坯质量并可减少漏钢。振动参数(特别是振幅、频率、非正弦系数、同步性)的稳定是保证连铸生产和产品质量重要参数。由于设备磨损和安装等原因,实际的振动参数不能到达设计要求,甚至出现结晶器偏摆现象,从而影响连铸生产以及铸坯质量。
Continuous casting process, the mold according to the given amplitude, frequency and waveform deflection characteristics of movement, reasonable vibration parameters in improving the speed of pulling while ensuring good slab quality and reduce the breakout. Vibration parameters (especially the amplitude, frequency, non-sinusoidal coefficient, synchronization) is to ensure the stability of continuous casting production and product quality important parameters. Due to equipment wear and installation and other reasons, the actual vibration parameters can not reach the design requirements, and even crystallizer bias phenomenon, thus affecting the continuous casting production and slab quality.
