本文从房地产市场和房地产金融的角度出发,首先分析我国房地产金融领域存在的风险隐患,从而揭示了防范房地产金融风险的必要性,然后从拓宽房地产融资渠道、控制投资热、加强金融机构自身管理、加强国家宏观调控等四个方面探讨风险防范措施。防范房地产金融风险不仅是房地业和房地产金融业稳定和发展的需要,对整个金融业和国民经济的稳定和发展也至关重要。
