MPCK是数学学科教学知识,是教师的专业知识。依据新课标提倡的加强教师的专业素养,提高教师的教学专业知识。因此,近年来对MPCK的研究越来越热门。本文主要从MPCK的五个主要构成成分的维度提出初中数学教师MPCK的培养对策。MPCK主要是由数学学科知识,数学教法知识,数学情境知识,学生知识和数学教学策略知识构成,本文主要从这五个维度提出对应的培养策略。
MPCK is mathematics subject teaching knowledge, is the teacher’s professional knowledge. According to the new curriculum standard to enhance the professionalism of teachers to enhance teachers’ teaching expertise. Therefore, the research on MPCK has become more and more popular in recent years. This paper mainly puts forward the training countermeasures of junior middle school math teacher MPCK from the five main components of MPCK. MPCK is mainly composed of mathematics subject knowledge, mathematics teaching knowledge, mathematical situation knowledge, student knowledge and mathematics teaching strategy knowledge. This paper mainly proposes corresponding cultivation strategies from these five dimensions.
