吻合口瘘足食管癌和贲门癌切除术的严重并发症,其死亡率较高。我院自1986年以来采用改良套叠式食管胃吻合术治疗食管癌、贲门癌143铡,术后尚未发生吻合口瘘,现将我们的经验作一报道。本组143例中,男性102例,女性41例;年龄最大76岁,最小31岁;食管癌85例,贲门癌58例。本组行胸内食管胃弓下吻合术67例,弓上吻合术57例,颈部 The serious complications of anastomosis and esophageal cancer and cardia cancer resection are high. We now report our experience. In this group of 143 cases, there were 102 males and 41 females; the oldest was 76 years old and the youngest was 31 years old; 85 cases of esophageal cancer and 58 cases of cardia cancer.
