以破壁后过60目筛的雨生红球藻藻粉为原料,采用超临界流体技术提取其中的精油并皂化甲酯化。采用气-质联用仪对其进行定量和定性分析,共鉴定出23种脂肪酸,其中不饱和脂肪酸占总脂肪酸的71.53%,脂肪酸组成主要为棕榈酸、油酸、亚油酸、反亚油酸、α-亚麻酸。37种标准脂肪酸在线性范围内,相关系数均大于0.99。6份平行样品中各种脂肪酸甲酯的RSD为1.79%~9.55%,不同水平下的样品加标回收率范围为73.44%~132.42%,各种脂肪酸甲酯的仪器检测限<0.65 ng。本文探讨了脂肪酸甲酯在弱极性色谱柱上保留时间的规律。该方法操作简单、迅速、灵敏、准确度高,可满足雨生红球藻及类似性质的藻类脂肪酸的检测需要。
