提出了一种适合智能变电站特点的手合检同期方法。同期采样基于IEC 61850-9-2采样值传输标准,充分考虑采样过程的丢点、不同步等异常处理。进行频率跟踪重采样,保证同期量测精度。按检同期结果建立通信模型,通过通用面向对象的变电站事件(GOOSE)输出控制智能终端,为手合操作提供闭锁。所提出方法已在智能变电站测控装置中实现并在工程中得到应用。
This paper presents a hand synchronization inspection method suitable for smart substation. Simultaneous sampling is based on the transmission standard of the sampling value of IEC 61850-9-2, taking full account of the sampling process, such as the loss of points, not synchronized and other anomalies. Frequency tracking re-sampling to ensure the same period measurement accuracy. According to the results of the seizure of the establishment of communication model, through the common object-oriented substation event (GOOSE) output control intelligent terminal, providing locking for hand-held operation. The proposed method has been implemented in the intelligent substation monitoring and control device and applied in the project.
