本文报告了磷酸羟基哌喹对大鼠实验性煤-矽混合性煤矽肺的治疗效果。结果表明100%石英尘所致的实验性矽肺不论预防性治疗或病后治疗,其全肺鲜重、干重和全肺胶原均明显低于对照组。全肺胶原的T/C值为0.46~0.53,而煤-矽混合性尘肺其疗效随混合尘中二氧化矽含量减少疗效递减,对煤肺无效,病理与细胞培养也证实上述结果。
This article reports the therapeutic effect of hydroxypaperaquine on experimental coal-silica mixed coal silicosis in rats. The results showed that the fresh weight, dry weight and whole lung collagen of experimental silicosis caused by 100% quartz dust were significantly lower than those of the control group, regardless of prophylactic or post-treatment. The T / C value of whole lung collagen was 0.46 ~ 0.53, while the curative effect of coal-silica mixed pneumoconiosis was decreased with the decrease of silica content in mixed dust, which was not effective on coal lung. Pathology and cell culture also confirmed the above results.
