组织人事干部的工作主要是与人打交道,但是,在人际交往中要保持良好的人际关系与亲和力有密切联系。因此,怎让增加亲和力成为了组织人事干部的工作重点,也是组织人事工作的内在要求。同时,该项共组所具有的特殊性也决定了组织人事干部要具有较好的亲和力,才能够提高工作率。本文以亲和力的内涵为基础,分析了亲和力在组织人事干部中的重要性,最后提出了增强人事干部亲和力的可行性措施。
Organizational personnel cadres work mainly with people, but in human relations to maintain good relationships and affinity are closely linked. Therefore, how to increase affinity has become the focus of the organization and personnel cadres and also the inherent requirement for organizing personnel work. At the same time, the special nature of the joint group also determines that organizational personnel should have better affinity and be able to increase their work rate. Based on the connotation of affinity, this article analyzes the importance of affinity in the organization and personnel cadres, and finally puts forward the feasible measures to enhance the affinity of personnel.
