为了提高超声波回波信号的检测精度,确保超声波回波中的有用信号能尽可能完全被吸收,对超声波信号调理电路进行了研究。限幅电路通过改变电压通过对比限幅、前置放大、滤波和可变增益放大电路以选择最佳方案。所选择的方案能摆脱原有的调理电路直接截去幅值过高信号而使部分回波信号丧失的方案,通过电压变换将低压部分全部保存的方法,能有效获取较多的回波信息。
In order to improve the detection accuracy of the ultrasonic echo signal and ensure that the useful signal in the ultrasonic echo can be absorbed as completely as possible, the ultrasonic signal conditioning circuit is studied. Limiter circuitry selects the best solution by changing the voltage across the contrast limiting, preamplifier, filter, and variable gain amplifier.
