医学专业教材编写的顺序与临床诊疗程序不一致,使医学教学与临床工作衔接较困难,学生到医院实习无从做起;另一方面按照教材顺序在学生大脑疲倦时才讲到重点,很难收到良好的教学效果。为了改变这一被动局面,笔者探索了病例教学法与临床诊疗程序接轨,收到了较好的效果。
