紫金山金矿是中国第一大金矿,属于低品位氧化金矿,随着开采标高的降低,金矿中的铜含量不断升高,给金矿堆浸、炭吸附和载金炭解吸—电积等工艺造成了较大的影响。详细考查了紫金山金矿的生产工艺,对生产工艺参数进行了深入分析,剖析了含铜金矿堆浸过程中铜的行为,并对生产工艺参数优化提出了建议,应根据实际情况优化工艺参数,尽量降低浸出液中的游离氰化物浓度,减少铜矿物的浸出,并增加喷淋液中铜氰络合物转化为氰化亚铜的量,降低含铜浸出堆浸—炭吸附体系的铜浓度,从而减小铜对金浸出和吸附的影响,降低氰化钠的用量,这对紫金山金矿堆浸和炭吸附生产具有重要的指导意义。
